We will track and reconcile all of your accounts, send over basic reports and those of your choosing (we offer hundreds - so tell us what you like to see), and have everything ready to hand off to your CPA at year-end.

  • No long-term commitment. Our services are a la carte, so you may add and drop as your business grows. You’re never locked into a contract. You’ll even own your QuickBooks file, and it will be handed off if you ever leave or close.

  • Included accounting software. There is no need to purchase software or subscriptions as we provide QuickBooks Desktop with all you need for accurate books (plus invoicing and bill pay if you’d like).

  • Online access to financials. Using our secure cloud, you and your team can log in to your file to view your books in real time, anytime.

  • The convenience of an app. Don’t worry about lost reports or waiting for responses. With our app, you’ll have a contact log and 6 months of reports at your fingertips.

  • Never pay for services you don’t use. We understand that your business is unique. Our pricing won’t put you in a box with a flat fee but will allow you to pay for only what you need each month - a rare benefit!

  • Work with a US-based bookkeeper. We want you to have confidence in our service, without any hindrances to using your data. English is the first language of our bookkeepers, and you can be set up with an expert in your time zone for added convenience.

  • Get caught up and stay caught up. No problem! HarQuin does catch-up work quickly and affordably. We will have you up and running in no time.

  • Pay employees or subcontractors. Whether you need payroll or have contractors who will receive a 1099, we can help you with set up and payments. We can even help you decide which category they fall into, based on the IRS rules.

  • Online access for employees. You’ll be gifting your employees with a safe and convenient way to view pay stubs and W2’s.

  • Pay using direct deposit or paper check. HarQuin can direct deposit both employees and contractors in all 50 states and we’re happy to mail checks if you prefer.

  • Work with a human being. While AI and automation are wonderful, the answers are not specific to your business. Here, your dedicated payroll expert will give you the specialized answers you need when you need them.   • Monthly “Understanding Your Reports” trainings with Lindsey Roberts, the founder of HarQuin. This training is an opportunity to learn in a group setting, asking your own questions or learning from others. Lindsey helps you understand the basics of reports and what the numbers mean for your business. This type of group consulting costs extra at other companies, but we offer this service for FREE because we care about your success.

CPA Consulting:
